CHAPTER 2 
Color Classification, defines the terminology used to describe and classify the millions of colour variations we see. The Munsell Color System, the Seasonal Colour Theory, Colour Harmony and Personal Colour Analysis are defined.

CHAPTER 3 
The Rainbow Colours, introduces you to the colours of the rainbow. Each has its own unique personality and special magic. Relating our personal characteristics to those of colour is fun and very revealing.

CHAPTER 6 
The 12 Tones of Personal Colour, illustrates and discusses the predominant colour characteristic of twelve distinct seasonal colour tones and sets the stage for understanding the personality types related to them.

CHAPTER 7 
Your Colour - Your Self 
The link between colour and personality cannot be denied, and it is explored in this chapter. Years of experience and observation have shown that four distinct personality types do, in fact, correspond with four particular tones of personal colouring. Personal Colour Analysis has become a very important approach to personality analysis. The "Personal Traits Survey" is included in this chapter.
CHAPTER 8 
Colour - Your Wardrobe and Surroundings 
In this chapter you will learn how to use colour in your wardrobe with a purpose. You'll learn what colours to wear when you want to confidently express yourself, when you need motivation or when you want to relax. You will also learn how to use colour functionally in the decoration of your interiors.
